Welcome to KalyugStar. By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Consultation Booking & Rescheduling
- Once booked, consultations cannot be canceled, but rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled session.
- Failure to reschedule within the given timeframe will result in the consultation being considered as served, with no refund provided.
- KalyugStar reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests without any obligation for a refund.
Mode of Consultation
- While we strive to provide video consultations, there may be instances where only audio (telephonic) consultations are available. In such cases, no refunds will be entertained.
- For international consultations, clients must initiate the call at the provided number. We do not place outbound international calls for consultations.
Consultation Guidelines
- Each horoscope consultation covers only one chart and is limited to a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
- Clients may ask up to three questions during the session, provided they are relevant and related to the primary consultation topic.
- Horoscope analysis for children below 12 years of age will only be conducted under special circumstances or in medical emergencies.
Recording & Documentation
- KalyugStar does not provide audio/video recordings or written transcripts of the consultation.
- Clients may take personal notes or record essential parts of the session for their reference without requiring prior permission.
Recording & Documentation
- All consultations, remedies, and predictions provided are based on the details shared by the client.
- We do our best to analyze and provide guidance, but KalyugStar is not responsible for any harm or lack of expected results from predictions or suggested remedies.
- Clients are advised to exercise their own discretion before following any advice, and no refunds will be entertained in any case.
Jurisdiction
- In case of any disputes, the legal jurisdiction will be Faridabad, India.
